Matchering 2.0

Matchering 2.0 is a novel Containerized Web Application and Python Library for audio matching and mastering. It follows a simple idea - you take TWO audio files and feed them into Matchering: TARGET (the track you want to master, you want it to sound like the reference), and REFERENCE (another trac...

Re: Automated Arch/pacman binary packages of AUR entries

So I'm giving up on aurci, which just isn't building packages, and joining forces with RedTide and their aurbuild project. Currently aurbuild rebuilds all packages every day, so the number of packages is limited, but at least the basic principal works :) [audio] SigLevel = Optional TrustAll Server =...

Plugin request: adapt Blop.lv2 quantiser to load tuning files?

Here is a demo of filtering the output of an LFO with a tuned quantiser to achieve a melodic arpeggiation. (Wow!)

Might anyone with the programming skills be interested in making the Blop.lv2 quantisers load Scala scale tuning files?

Re: Automated Arch/pacman binary packages of AUR entries

Thanks, soon. I'm in the process of moving over from aurci to RedTides aurbuild script. The former isn't building app updates. The latter however is currently rebuilding everything on every run which blocks the possibility to make all packages.

Re: dkbuilder: from circuit to LV2 plugin

I'm wondering about the possibility of using dkbuilder to create LV2 plugins of modular synth modules. I guess this should be possible, though I also guess there isn't yet support for marking an input or output as CV?

True, and it's also available in the AUR for Arch users - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/non-mixer-lv2-git

Re: Sequencing and recording of JACK/LV2 CV?

I think I didn't add it before because when I tried jm2cv, which was created for Non-Mixer, the ports didn't register as a CV ports, but I see now in Non-Mixer that ventosus added JACK CV metadata support in 2014 . Thanks for making me look again, I'll add a mention above. Given the context of this ...

Re: "They Live" - movie review

I've introduced this movie to a few friends without telling them the plot, usually works well.

Re: Automated Arch/pacman binary packages of AUR entries

I can confirm it's up. I'm still getting the warning about ninjas2-git . I'm not quite sure why that's showing for you. ninjas2-git is on version 0.2.0 - https://github.com/rghvdberg/ninjas2/commits/master. Maybe it was tagged incorrectly previously and this requires an epoch bump in the PKGBUILD t...

Re: Automated Arch/pacman binary packages of AUR entries

So it's up again now. I'll double check in the next few days to see if it's failing to build new releases.

Re: New plugin without name - ideas welcome

Arch does have the widest software availability of any distro, and it's rolling release so no more "oh, I can't upgrade to the new version". To install Arch from scratch is a fun challenge, here are my notes, or Manjaro has ready-made GUI setups flavours and its official packages lag a mon...

Re: Automated Arch/pacman binary packages of AUR entries

I don't think the repo is updating correctly.

I removed everything and readded a couple of days ago, and things updated, so that seemed to confirm my thoughts.

I'm going to try and recreate the repo from scratch to see where the problem lies.

Re: New plugin without name - ideas welcome

BShufflr? Thanks for the plugin btw, I just dropped a dance track (with a whole number tempo) into Carla rack, hooked all together, matched the transport tempo then had a heck of a lot of fun. I'd like to see in the future if this can work inside Mixxx.
