Re: USB Audio interface for low latency

Audient I4 is in your price range and has a real good preamp and DI, I had one and was very happy with it.

Re: USB Audio interface for low latency

Instead of buying a low latency card, why not consider buying a MOD device ?

Re: Looking for versatile sampler plugin

It was playing ok for me also, but for example importing sample or sfz, import dialog fails commonly. Not every time, but pretty often. Was it same problem for you? It never was able to load successfully any SFZ. I tried perhaps 2 or 3 times. I might also have asked on the Renoise forum. That was y...

Seems a great app ! It loads fine but I can't actually remember how to route midi java to alsa or jack... I once knew but forget. Thanks for that anyway !

Re: Two songs made with Muse -

I found the songs very nice, the arrangements are very musical, instruments well played, and beautiful voices. Mix is good too. Congrats.

Just a question : why did you choose Muse over others (Ardour, Qtractor, Reaper,...) ?

Re: Any Ab.Live alternative?

You have to search for USB compliant devices. Grid controllers are cool, but generally expensive, Novation Launchpad Pro for instance. Some akai are reported to work : MPK 61, Akai MPK25. I saw you started threads in the hardware discussion subforum. Search older threads, you may find info.

Re: Any Ab.Live alternative?

Ardour is not in any way an Ableton like, it's mainly for recording and mixing audio, with basic midi abilities. Don't waste your time ! I mean, Ardour is great, but not for live. You have some simple good loopers : Giada https://www.giadamusic.com/# Luppp http://openavproductions.com/luppp/ Of cour...

Does Bliss supports disk streaming for large fonts ? Redux doesn't.

Re: Overtone Filter by Luke M Craig

I tried to compile it from git, but projucer can't build it : it loads the project file, but somehow it lacks some information. In few words You need to add Linux Makefile exporter, and add VST2 support (if You want it). I already did that... but the build command is still greyed ans unresponsive.
